Eligibility Criteria
Educational and experience requirements differ according to the post applied for. A general overview of qualification requirements is listed below:
Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Teacher:
Master’s degree (MA/MSc) along with B.Ed and a minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching experience.
SST (Science): BSc with B.Ed, second division, experience preferred.
SST (General): BA with B.Ed, second division, experience preferred.
Office Assistant: BA/BSc with a computer diploma; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
Computer Instructor (BPS-16): Master’s degree from a recognized university along with a 1-year computer diploma or certificate/workshop training.
Computer Instructor (BPS-14): Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a 1-yearcomputer diploma or certificate/workshop training.
Librarian: Bachelor’s degree with a diploma in Library Science; experience preferred.
Senior Clerk: FA/BA or intermediate qualification with a computer typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Junior Clerk: Intermediate qualification with a computer typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
PTI: FA/BA with a diploma in Physical Education. Lab Assistant: Intermediate (FA/BA) qualification, experience preferred.
Junior Teacher / Drawing Teacher: CT/B.Ed with FA/FSc; experience preferred.
Arabic Teacher / Moalim-ul-Quran: Recognized certification from a Madrassah board (Wafaq-ul-Madaris or equivalent) with qualifications equivalent to intermediate level.
Store Keeper: Matriculation with relevant preference for typing/computer skills.

Age Limit and General Conditions
The general age limit for most posts ranges between 20 and 30 years, based on standard Balochistan government recruitment rules. Age relaxation of 3 years is generally applicable for female candidates as per standing provincial policy. Additional age relaxation may apply as per government service rules for upper age limits, in accordance with policy. A 5% quota is reserved for widows and persons with disabilities. A 2% quota is reserved for minority candidates. Certain rural/district-based quota adjustments apply as per the Board’s district allocation policy for Residential Model Schools and volunteer worker categories. Only candidates holding a valid Balochistan domicile are eligible to apply.
