The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) Balochistan has announced a fresh recruitment opportunity for the year 2026, inviting applications from eligible and experienced legal professionals for the appointment of Special Public Prosecutors (SPPs) on a contract basis. This recruitment is specifically aimed at strengthening the prosecution of Assets/Financial Investigation and Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) cases before the learned CNS Courts, the Honorable High Court of Balochistan, and the Supreme Court of Pakistan (Quetta Registry). Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) â CNS Court, Quetta
The applicant must be a licensed Advocate of the High Court. Preference may be given to advocates having at least 5 years of experience after enrolment with the High Court. Preference will be given to candidates with substantial experience in criminal litigation, particularly before the CNS Courts and/or High Court. Candidates with expertise or experience in antimoney laundering, financial crimes, financial investigation, freezing, attachment, forfeiture, and related proceedings shall be preferred. Experience in cases under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997 (as amended), and the AntiMoney Laundering Act, 2010 (as amended), shall be considered an added advantage.

The applicant must be a licensed Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Preference may be given to advocates having at least 5 years of experience after enrolment with the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Preference will be given to candidates with substantial experience in criminal and constitutional litigation, particularly before the Honorable High Court of Balochistan and the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan. Experience in cases under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997 (as amended), and the AntiMoney Laundering Act, 2010 (as amended), shall be considered an added advantage.
Terms & Conditions
The appointment shall be made purely on a contract basis, for the period and terms and conditions approved by the competent authority. The selected SPPs will be responsible for effectively conducting and pursuing Assets/AMLA-related cases and proceedings before the competent courts. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) shall be admissible for appearing in the interview.The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application, increase or decrease the number of posts, or cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason. Incomplete applications, or applications received after the due date, shall not be entertained. Candidates applying for both posts are required to submit a separate application form for each post.
