An autonomous organization under the Government of Balochistan has announced multiple career opportunities on a contract basis for two years. Applications are invited through the Higher Education Commission (HEC) ETC portal from eligible candidates having relevant qualifications and experience.
Available positions include Inspector, Auditor, Surveyor/Tax Facilitation Officer, Assistant Manager Finance, Assistant Database Administrator, Assistant Network Administrator, and Account Assistant. All posts are offered under BPS-14 to BPS-16 with a maximum age limit of 30 years.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years education where required) with minimum 2nd division or 2.5 CGPA from HEC-recognized institutions. Only candidates securing 60% marks in the written test will be shortlisted for interviews.

Qualification Criteria
For BPS-16 posts, candidates must have Master degree (16 years education) with at least 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 in relevant subjects such as Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Mathematics, Law, ACCA, ICMA, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields from HEC recognized university.
For Account Assistant (BPS-14), Graduate degree with 2nd division from HEC recognized university is required.
Maximum age limit is 30 years. General age relaxation will be given as per Government of Balochistan policy.
Terms and Conditions
Contract period is two years and extendable based on performance. Only candidates having Balochistan local domicile can apply. Government employees must apply through proper channel.
Only candidates securing 60% marks in written test will be called for interview. Special quotas for women, disabled and minorities will be observed. No TA/DA will be admissible.
