The Local Government & Rural Development Department (LGRDD), Government of Balochistan, has issued an important notice for all candidates who applied against the recently advertised vacancies. Following the department’s earlier advertisements (PRQ No. 5201/19-05-2026 and PRQ No. 5197/19-052026 dated May 19, 2026), the department has now finalized and released the written test and interview schedule for applicants across all divisions of Balochistan. This update carries reference number PRQ No. 370/23-07-2026, dated July 23, 2026. Candidates who submitted applications for posts such as Junior Clerk, Secretary Union Council, FootWatchman Anti-Termite Operator, Driver, Steno Grapher / Assistant Computer Operator, and Assistant High Gain Reporter are advised to carefully check their respective division, date, time, and test venue before appearing for the test or interview.

Quetta Division (Quetta, Pishin, Killa Abdullah, Chaman)
Written test and interviews for Junior Clerk, Secretary Union Council, and related posts are scheduled between August 10, 2026 , at multiple time slots (11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM).
Kalat Division (Kalat, Khuzdar, Mastung, Awaran, Lasbela, Hub)
Test and interview dates fall between August 1112, 2026 , covering districts such as Kalat,Khuzdar, Awaran, Lasbela, and Hub, with timings ranging from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Kharan Division (Kharan, Washuk, Panjgur, Gwadar)
Scheduled for August 13, 2026 , covering all districts within this division.
Sibi Division (Sibi, Kohlu, Harnai, Ziarat, Dera Bugti)
Scheduled for August 17, 2026 .
Rakhshan Division (Chagai, Kharan, Washuk)
Scheduled for August 18, 2026 .
Nasirabad Division (Nasirabad, Jaffarabad, Jhal Magsi, Sohbatpur)

Test Venue
All written tests and interviews will be conducted at the Office of the Director General Balochistan Rural Development Academy, Mari Faqeer Pass, Quetta , unless otherwise specified in the detailed schedule.
Important Instructions for Candidates
The department has issued several mandatory instructions that all candidates must follow: 1. Candidates must bring their original CNIC along with a photocopy and a clipboard. 2. All electronic devices, including mobile phones, are strictly banned inside the examination hall. Candidates found in possession of such devices will be disqualified.3. Candidates must maintain discipline and good conduct during the examination; misbehavior can result in cancellation of the test. 4. Bringing a calculator or any unauthorized material into the exam hall is prohibited. 5. The written test for Secretary Union Council, Junior Clerk, and Assistant High Gain Reporter (BPS-11) posts will be of 45 minutes duration and will assess general computer, Urdu, and English language skills. 6. Candidates must arrive at the test center before the reporting time as no candidate will be entertained after the deadline. 7. Both written test and interview will be conducted on the same day for eligible candidates. 8. No TA/DA (travel or daily allowance) will be provided to any candidate for appearing in the test or interview. 9. All candidates are required to keep their mobile numbers active and updated so the department can communicate further instructions or schedule changes if required.
